POW #6

I think that this picture ws really good composition wise because it was centered in between the two sides and sort of has the rule of thirds in it.  I think that the turkey could have been more in focus and I could have maybe taken out the tree stump in the top right corner and the bunch of leaves in the top left corner.  This picture was taken outside around five, so the sun was almost gone and there was no artificial lighting.  I took it with an iPhone 5 and did no editing to the picture.
I think that this picture fits in with giving thanks because we need to give thanks for the food that we are all able to put on our table, like the turkey.  Our priest once said to be thankful for the things that we don't want to be thankful for because it means that we are alive and living.  So . . . I guess I should be thankful for the mess that I had to clean up after we fried our turkey because it means that I had delicious food to eat on Thanksgiving Day.
       Happy Turkey Day!!
